Description
The City of Rock Hill is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for the 330 College Avenue Drainage Improvement project. The scope of work includes furnishing all materials and equipment, and performing all labor necessary for the construction of storm drainage improvements. This encompasses all associated demolition, utility coordination, and site restoration at the specified location. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City of Rock Hill's eProcurement Portal by the deadline of 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 2, 2026. The base bid must be substantially completed within 150 consecutive calendar days following the Notice to Proceed, with final completion required within 30 consecutive calendar days of substantial completion. Liquidated damages will be assessed for delays.
