Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals for full maintenance and repair services for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and associated services at various locations. The City reserves the right to award contracts to one or multiple vendors, depending on what is most advantageous for the City. Services will include biannual preventive maintenance and inspection calls (Level 1) and biannual sealed battery preventive maintenance and inspection calls (Level 2) for each UPS system. Emergency repair services are also required with a guaranteed two-hour response time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contract is expected to be for five years.
