Description
Carteret County is soliciting proposals for comprehensive fire sprinkler system services, including periodic testing, inspection, and on-demand service and repair. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring all fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, FM-200, and fire pump systems, comply with NFPA standards and county requirements. Services include annual, quarterly, and semi-annual inspections, as well as five-year testing. The vendor must also provide 24/7 emergency response for service and repair needs on an hourly rate basis. The contract will be for a one-year period, with up to four one-year renewals possible, and a total compensation cap of $15,000 annually without prior written approval.
