Description
The General Supply and Services (GSS) is seeking to procure four (4) Power-Dyne PD1201 torque wrenches. This is a brand-name-only solicitation, and no "or equal" items will be considered. The torque wrench must have a torque capacity of 0 to 1,200 foot-pounds with a torque scale graduation of 25 foot-pounds. It should feature an analog gauge, a 3/4-inch internal square drive output, a 3/8-inch internal square drive input, and a 6-inch crank length. The operating temperature range is -20 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit, and the material is steel. A carrying case is included. The item must be marked with the manufacturer's part number, name or symbol, and country of origin. Packaging must protect the item from damage during shipment, handling, and storage, complying with Federal Standard 123 for domestic civilian deliveries and Military Standard 129 for domestic military deliveries. The vendor must be registered with the GSA Vendor Portal or EDI for electronic orders and have current Representations and Certifications in SAM.gov. A completed and signed MIL-STD 129R form and detailed item specifications are required with the quote.
