Description
This solicitation is for the Sweeney Water Treatment Plant 4MG Clearwell Rehabilitation project. Bids will be received by the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority until Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM. This is a single prime contract opportunity. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bids are received on time at the specified location: Jordan Conference Room, 2nd Floor, 235 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403. Official contract documents can be obtained by emailing bids@cfpua.org. A bid deposit of 5% of the total bid amount is required, either in cash or as a bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a construction performance bond and a construction payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
