Description
Pierce County is soliciting bids for the repair of an existing 36-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe. The project scope includes roadway excavation, traffic control, utility coordination, and roadway restoration. The contractor will also be responsible for the design, installation, operation, and removal of temporary wastewater bypass systems and construction dewatering systems. The project is estimated to cost between $800,000 and $950,000, excluding Washington State Sales Tax. The work is expected to be completed within eighty (80) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with an anticipated substantial completion by mid-October 2026.
