Description
The U.S. Government is seeking to procure bulk liquefied propane (Type II) in accordance with Commercial Standard D 1835-97. Deliveries will be made to tanks ranging from 250 to 30,000 gallons at Fort Benning, GA, and 500 to 2000 gallons at Camp Merrill, GA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary plant, labor, transportation, and equipment for these deliveries. The solicitation includes a Base Year and four Option Years. Offerors must submit a technical proposal detailing management and execution policies, a quality control plan, a price volume using the Solicitation CLIN (SF1449), and a past performance volume including details on similar recent contracts. Submissions must adhere to specific formatting guidelines, including font size and page limitations, and must be submitted electronically. Questions are due by 9:00 AM EDT on June 30, 2026, and offers are due by 9:00 AM EST on July 8, 2026.
