Description
The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Jackson is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive turf field maintenance services for fifteen artificial turf fields. This includes scheduled bi-annual grooming, maintenance, and minor repair services, as well as unscheduled emergency maintenance and repairs. The services are critical to ensuring the fields remain safe, operational, and suitable for Soldier training and readiness. The contractor will be responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for turf field grooming, maintenance, and minor repairs. Scheduled maintenance involves comprehensive inspections, multi-level vacuuming, debris removal, fiber brushing, magnetic sweeping, and professional cleaning with disinfectants. All repairs performed during maintenance services will include a one-year warranty on workmanship and labor. The contractor must also be available for emergency repairs on an as-needed basis.
