Description
Richland School District Two is soliciting bids for on-call, as-needed tennis court resurfacing, repair, maintenance, crack repair, leveling, striping, and related athletic court services at various District facilities. The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, tools, and incidentals necessary to perform the work. The goal is to restore safe playability, improve drainage and appearance, and extend the useful life of the courts, adhering to industry standards from organizations like ASBA and USTA. The contract will be for one year, beginning July 2026 through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The District has tennis courts at five high schools: Blythewood High School, Richland Northeast High School, Ridgeview High School, Spring Valley High School, and Westwood High School. The District reserves the right to add or delete locations and does not guarantee a minimum amount of work. Services may include crack repair, court cleaning, leveling, resurfacing, color coating, court striping, net post painting, and net and hardware reinstallation. Contractors must provide detailed written quotations for each service request, including scope of work, estimated hours, material pricing, equipment charges, taxes, schedule, warranty information, subcontractor identification, and total project cost. The District reserves the right to negotiate pricing, request revised quotations, or reject any quotation deemed excessive.
