Description
The State of South Carolina is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of approximately forty-five (45) mobile device charging carts. These carts are intended to support the district's Chromebook deployment initiative. Key requirements for the charging carts include a minimum capacity for thirty-six (36) devices, an integrated charging system, lockable and secure storage, durable steel construction, cable management, heavy-duty casters, and compatibility with USB-C charging. The carts must be fully assembled or ready for immediate deployment and should have a minimum three-year manufacturer's warranty. Vendors are asked to provide unit price, extended total price, shipping and handling costs, estimated delivery timeframe, and warranty information. The district reserves the right to request demonstrations and clarifications.
