Description
Clemson University is seeking an experienced supplier to provide hardwood floor refinishing services. This contract will cover annual maintenance and upkeep for various athletic and fitness facility floors, including basketball courts, group fitness rooms, and racquetball courts across Clemson's Main Campus in Clemson, South Carolina. The services include cleaning, screening, sanding, and applying new finishes according to MFMA standards. The contract will have an initial one-year term with the possibility of four one-year renewals, for a maximum total term of five years.
