Description
The City of Albany, Georgia is soliciting proposals from experienced firms to provide comprehensive arborist services. This includes performing field inspections of city trees to evaluate health, structural integrity, and risk to public safety and infrastructure, documenting findings, and recommending actions. Services may also include evaluating damaged trees, reviewing construction plans for tree ordinance compliance, assisting with tree planting, and providing technical support at city meetings. The selected firm must have an ISA-certified arborist and will be compensated on an hourly rate basis, with a fixed fee for travel if applicable. The City anticipates a Cost Per Unit of Work contract.
