Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is soliciting quotes for manual cut and pile, and lop and scatter treatments for grassland/meadow maintenance, hazardous fuels reduction, and forest health improvement. The work will be performed across five units totaling 1,334 acres in Crook County, WY, and Weston County, WY. The period of performance is from August 16, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) set aside for small businesses, with award based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Key evaluation factors include past performance, technical proposal (capability, experience, equipment, and approach), and price.
