Description
The Town of Westborough, Massachusetts is soliciting bids for its Water Meter Replacement Pilot Program. This project requires the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to install approximately 235 water meters and AMI modules. The meters will range in size from 5/8-inch to 6-inch. The water meters and AMI modules will be procured separately and furnished pre-wired and pre-programmed. Installation includes the removal of existing meters and radio modules, installation of new Badger E-Series Ultrasonic water meters and HLG Communication Modules, confirmation of a valid meter reading, and the furnishing of all incidentals required to complete the installations. The contract completion period is 180 consecutive days.
