Description
This is a firm-fixed-price requirement for chiller and cooling tower water treatment services at the Canandaigua VAMC. The contract will cover the base year from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with four option years. Services include yearly spring disinfection of cooling towers with a report, chemical treatment throughout the cooling season, monthly chemical testing, 90-day tower inspections with reports, 90-day Legionella testing by a certified laboratory, and a yearly tower certification report. Vendors must possess a Commercial Pesticide License in New York State and have experience treating HVAC systems in hospitals of similar size and complexity. All personnel handling chemicals must have proper training and certifications.
