Description
The City of Sugar Land is soliciting bids for a landscape and hardscape improvement project. Key aspects of the project include concrete work for landscape edging, removal and disposal of existing concrete, installation of stamped concrete, curb replacement, and sod installation. The work locations are State Highway 6 and University Boulevard, with all locations to be marked by City Staff prior to work commencement. Contractors will be responsible for daily cleanup, restoration of damaged landscaping, submitting a Traffic Control Plan Request Form to TxDot for approval, and 811 locates for work locations. The contract quantities are estimated and may vary based on the City's needs. Construction details are available in the bid packet and on the City of Sugar Land's website.
