Description
This project involves construction services for playground upgrades at the Tobyhanna Army Depot Child Development Center (CDC). The scope of work includes the supply and installation of a new climbing structure for children aged 0-5, which entails site preparation, layout verification, equipment assembly, and secure anchoring. Additionally, the project requires expanding the fall zones for existing swing sets to accommodate children aged 6-10, ensuring compliance with current safety standards. All necessary licenses, permits, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision are to be provided by the contractor. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $75,000.00 and $150,000.00. The contract duration is 90 days after receipt of the notice to proceed. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17th, at 1:00 PM EST, with RSVPs requested by June 17th at 10:00 AM EST via email to mark.buonomo2.civ@army.mil. All questions must be submitted in writing to the same email address by Wednesday, June 18th, at 2:00 PM EST.
