Description
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is looking to procure Academy Rifles as detailed in the attached specifications. This solicitation is for a specific model and does not allow for substitutes. Bidders must be authorized to sell firearms to Pennsylvania law enforcement and must possess all necessary state and federal licenses. A Manufacturer's Authorization Letter is required if the bidder is not the original manufacturer, confirming their authorization to provide the OEM's equipment and acknowledging responsibility for warranty issues. The estimated quantity for the contract is 165 rifles. Delivery of the firearms, training, and accessories must be completed within 90 days of receiving the notice to proceed and the fully executed purchase order. The awarded vendor is required to provide weapon serial numbers before shipment and coordinate delivery details with Ken Bassininsky at 717-783-8441 at least seven business days prior to the scheduled delivery.
