Description
Argonne National Laboratory is requesting a Magneto-Optical Kerr Microscope & Magnetometer. The equipment includes a microscope head with Carl Zeiss optics on a granite stand, a sample stage with x-y shift and 360-degree rotation, a motion and drift correction kit, a perpendicular coil, and a camera for Kerr microscopy. The laboratory also requires shipping, installation, and training services. Offerors must submit a quotation with signed page one of the RFQ, completed representations and certifications, a published price list, and verify country of origin and lead time. Tariffs, if any, must be included in the unit price.
