Description
This solicitation is for JA-1 aviation turbine fuel with additives to be delivered to Saipan. The requirement is for 32,386 gallons of fuel, delivered using equipment capable of offloading through either the R-11 bottom-loading system or via controlled top loading through the manhole without free-fall. The vendor must also supply a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each batch delivered, including laboratory-verified results for density, flash point, sulfur content, water and sediment, and additive concentrations, ensuring full compliance with applicable JA-1 specifications. The delivery period is from June 18, 2026, to July 15, 2026. All work shall be in accordance with applicable local, federal, and Department of War environmental regulations. This acquisition is a Total 100% Set Aside for small business concerns.
