Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking interior design consulting services to support the Phoenix VA Healthcare System. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months from the date of award, with an estimated 16-20 hours per week of support, potentially surging to 40 hours per week as needed. The scope of work includes interior design consultation, space planning and CAD documentation, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specification, materials and finishes selection, project documentation, regulatory compliance, project coordination, and cost estimating. All contractor personnel must obtain VA identification badges and complete mandatory privacy and information security training. Services will be performed at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.
