Description
Adams County, Mississippi is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of a new 2026 or 2027 four-wheel drive wheel loader for the Adams County Road Department. The equipment offered must be new and a current year model, with no used, demonstrator, or discontinued models accepted. Bidders must include printed literature for the equipment offered. Key specifications for the wheel loader include a minimum 166hp turbocharged diesel engine certified to meet Final Tier 4 emissions standards, a minimum machine weight of 30,950 lbs, a 3.0 cubic yard multipurpose bucket with a bolt-on cutting edge, and a minimum full turn static tipping load of 18,650 lbs. The bid price must be firm and not subject to change.
