Description
The International Production Assessment Division (IPAD) of the USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) requires an annual subscription for weekly crop area, yield, and production (AYP) forecasts and estimates for top-producing countries and major commodities. This subscription will utilize global satellite imagery and observed weather data to generate these forecasts. The service is provided by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and is a sole source acquisition. The subscription includes access for two licensed users, with a 12-month base period and three 12-month option periods. The data is for internal USDA use and is not redistributed to the public.
