Description
The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is soliciting quotations for dinnerware and glassware to replace current items at the Delano Commissary. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with a fixed-price Purchase Order (PO) award anticipated. The requirement is a total set-aside for small business concerns, with NAICS code 332215 and a small business standard of $1000 million. Offers will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, requiring an acceptable/unacceptable determination for technical compliance and no adverse past performance. All interested parties must be registered in the federal SAM system. The period of performance is from June 26, 2026, to July 16, 2026, with a delivery date of July 16, 2026.
