Description
The USP&FO for New York is soliciting quotes for the rental, delivery, and cleaning services of portable toilets, handwashing stations, and grey water tanks at Fort Drum, NY. The period of performance is from July 16, 2026, to August 21, 2026. The solicitation requires vendors to provide quotes for all items, as partial quotes will not be considered. Award will be made to the lowest-priced responsible small business offeror that meets the criteria outlined in the Request for Quote (RFQ) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 562991. Vendors must ensure their System for Award Management (SAM) registration is active and includes all necessary representations and certifications to be eligible for award. All questions and quotes must be submitted via email by the due date of June 22, 2026.
