Description
The City of Pembroke Pines is soliciting bids for the resurfacing of the existing PE court at East Campus Elementary School. The project involves providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to resurface approximately 4,700 square feet with a sports court surfacing system. This includes preparation and cleaning of the existing surface, installation of the new surfacing system, and striping and painting for two basketball courts and four four-square game courts, all conforming to standard recreational court dimensions. The contractor will also be responsible for all necessary traffic control, protection, and cleanup. The work must be substantially completed no later than June 30, 2026, and the contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on the resurfacing system, workmanship, and materials. The project is expected to be completed within 14 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with an estimated start date of June 22, 2026.
