Description
Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting competitive bids for the removal and replacement of wall and floor tiles in the locker rooms and restrooms at the Bethesda Park Aquatic Center. The project requires contractors to furnish all labor and materials. This includes removing existing tiles, preparing surfaces, installing new mudbeds and tile, and grouting and sealing. The successful contractor must provide tile samples for approval and ensure all work meets ANSI standards. The project is scheduled to be completed between September 14, 2026, and October 16, 2026, during the facility's closure for other construction.
