Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (RFI) to identify potential sources for the procurement of Verifit VF-2 Hearing Aid Analyzers. The VA intends to issue a solicitation for two units of this equipment. Responses to this RFI should include information on the manufacturing location of the items, whether they are manufactured by a small or large business and compliance with the Non-Manufacturer Rule, and if the vendor is an authorized distributor with access to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. Vendors must provide documentation to support these claims. Additionally, potential contractors should provide their company name, point of contact information, DUNS number, business size, and any applicable Government Wide Agency Contracts (GWAC), GSA Schedules, IDIQs, or BPAs. The VA is particularly interested in understanding market pricing and the availability of small businesses capable of fulfilling this requirement. This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.
