Description
Kemper County, Mississippi is soliciting bids for improvements to Kemper Recreation Park. The scope of work primarily includes the construction of two new 200-foot ballfields, complete with fields, fencing, and lighting, along with minimal site grading. An alternate for the project includes the construction of post-tension pickleball courts. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder on a lump-sum basis. Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Kemper County Board of Supervisors. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
