Description
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement for antenna tuning units. This procurement is being conducted on a brand name basis, and only products manufactured by RHODE AND SCHWARZ INC will be accepted. Vendors must provide a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stating they are an authorized distributor or re-seller; failure to do so will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive. Evaluation criteria include Technical Acceptability (brand name compliance, OEM authorization, packaging/preservation/marking compliance, and ability to meet delivery schedule), Price (fairness and reasonableness, with shipping costs included in item pricing), Past Performance (with the U.S. Coast Guard or other federal agencies, if available), and Responsibility (active SAM.gov registration, not debarred or suspended). The specific items required are: * NSN: 5810-01-622-6901, Part#: 6097.1005.02, Qty: 04 * NSN: 6105-01-564-6204, Part#: 707533-701, Qty: 06 Preservation, packaging, and marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1EW/CHANGE17, METHOD 10, and MIL-STD-129RW/CHANGE#2. Each preserved motor shall be individually packaged in a wooden crate, wrapped in clear plastic, and secured to the bottom. Crates must be capable of protecting the motor during multiple shipments by commercial carrier. U.S. Coast Guard approved labels should include the NSN, Item Name, Part Number, Purchase Order Number, "COAST GUARD SFLC MATERIAL", Condition (A), and Quantity/Unit of Issue. Shipping is FOB Destination. Deliveries are to be made Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 1 PM to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room-Building 88, Baltimore, MD 21226. Invoicing must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov and include CG contract number, vendor invoice number, UEI, TIN, cage number, PO item number, description, unit prices, and extended totals. Shipping costs are to be included in line-item pricing.
