Description
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center requires six (6) boat capture nets. These nets must be manufactured by LIFT-IT MANUFACTURING CO., INC. (CAGE: 0NM47). Vendors must provide OEM authorization. The nets require specific construction details, including polyester web, 2-inch nylon double braid rope, a 1-1/4 inch x 139-inch capture line with a minimum break strength of 35,000 lbs, and specific bungee cord and sleeve installations. Packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E, Method 10, with cushioning and appropriate shipping boxes (ASTM-D6251 or ASTM-D6880). Marking must be in accordance with MIL-STD-129R. Each net must be individually packaged. Shipping is FOB Destination to the Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD, with deliveries accepted Monday through Friday, 8 am to 1 pm. Invoicing must be processed through www.ipp.gov, with a copy sent to Carlos.A.DiazGarcia@uscg.mil.
