Description
The City of Clermont is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to notify vendors of its intent to purchase vehicles through an existing contract established by the State of Florida. This RFI is not an invitation to bid or quote and will remain open for seven business days. The purpose is to identify any vendors capable of providing comparable products or services in a timely manner to assist the City in determining if market alternatives exist. The referenced contract is with Holler Imports of Winter Park, Inc. dba Holler Honda, Contract Number 25100000-26-STC, for the purchase of a 2026 Hyundai Tucson SE FWD, with an estimated annual expenditure of $31,440.31. The contract is valid through May 16, 2028. Vendors interested in responding to this RFI should carefully review the entire solicitation package. All respondents must be registered with the Florida Department of State and licensed to conduct business in the State of Florida at the time of submittal. Responses must be submitted electronically to https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/clermontfl.
