Description
Moody Air Force Base requires the procurement of specific CYPRES units and associated equipment, including EC CYPRES-2 1-Pin Changeable units, EC CYPRES Data Collectors, and EC CYPRES IR Remotes. This acquisition is brand-name restricted to ensure compatibility with existing mission-critical parachute systems, as detailed in the attached justification. The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation and is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Quotes will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), with an additional evaluation of the offeror's past performance, considering any negative integrity-related terminations within the past five years. All items listed in Section II must be quoted. Questions regarding the requirement are due by June 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST, and quotes are due by June 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to the points of contact listed in Section I, and should include an estimated delivery schedule or lead time.
