Description
The U.S. Marshals Service is soliciting quotes for range safety improvements at their facility located at the Sandra Day O'Connor Courthouse in Phoenix, AZ. The scope of work includes the installation of AR500 steel plates to cover exposed steel in the existing berm trap and the installation of ballistic rubber blocks to retain granulated rubber within the trap funnel. This work is estimated to take approximately 15 business days, during which the range will be closed. All prospective offerors must possess a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Submissions must include a completed and signed SF1449 form, pricing in the Schedule of Supplies/Services, and supporting documentation on company letterhead. Vendors must also be compliant with the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) for electronic invoicing and payment. Failure to comply with submission instructions, including providing a single PDF file with all documents and using the correct subject line for email submissions, will result in the quote being deemed non-responsive.
