Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWCPHD) requires reverse engineering services for five specific gear assemblies (Part Numbers: 2890591-2 through 2890591-6). The objective is to create technical drawings suitable for production, adhering to ASME Y14.24 and ASME Y14.5 standards. The contractor will be provided with the Government Furnished Material (GFE) gear assemblies, which will be returned upon completion. The contractor must supply all necessary manpower, tools, and equipment. The U.S. Navy will retain sole ownership of the created drawings and all associated technical data. The deliverable includes manufacturing optimization recommendations. The final drawings will be the sole property of the U.S. Navy/NSWCPHD.
