Description
The San Jacinto River Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction materials testing services. The selected firm will be responsible for ensuring that construction materials meet specified standards and quality requirements. A sample Professional Services Agreement (PSA) is provided for review. Interested parties are required to submit a response including a Submittal Response (named as '26-0035_YourFirmName_SOQ'), a Certification and Acknowledgement Form (named as '26-0035_YourFirmName_C&A'), and a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (COIQ) (named as '26-0035_YourFirmName-COIQ').
