Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate is seeking prospective suppliers for webinar support services. This requirement includes ownership of a webinar platform, course registration, and post-course management of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for students. The contractor will be responsible for providing approximately 16 webinars per year, including monthly ADA/ABA sessions and Section 508 webinars. Services include providing the necessary hardware, software, and associated webinar costs, ensuring each webinar is archived and made available on an accessible, branded webpage (Section508 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliant). The contractor will also promote webinars, manage participant registration, and administer the CEU process, including issuing certificates. Technical support for presenters and participants, as well as a helpdesk, will be provided. The contractor must ensure the webinar platform and all associated content and services comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards, including providing live closed captioning and an ASL interpreter feed. Archived webinars must also be accessible. The U.S. Access Board (USAB) will provide webinar topics, presenters, and content at least five working days prior to each scheduled program. The contractor must hold accreditation from specific professional organizations (AIA, AICP, CRCC, LACES) and demonstrate experience in providing accessible webinars, managing accessible websites, and administering CEU programs.
