Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane requires firm-fixed-price, commercial, and sole source training services for Altium Designer and High-Speed Signal Layout software. The training will be conducted in person at government-provided facilities. The contract includes multiple CLINs for both courses, with periods of performance extending through September 30, 2029. Each training session is awarded as an exercise option, with specific course details and class sizes to be determined at the time of exercise. The contract also incorporates various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses, including those related to commercial items, cybersecurity, and electronic submission of payment requests.
