Description
The Washington Army National Guard (WAARNG) located at Camp Murray, WA, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Lumena Inc. on a sole source basis. This procurement is for the installation, configuration, and training of the Lumena Mind Gym software for the WAARNG customer base. This decision was made because only Lumena Inc. can satisfy the agency's requirements for this specific software. Therefore, this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The WAARNG has determined that a sole source award is justified and necessary.
