Description
The Cedar Rapids Community School District's Operations Department is soliciting proposals for an Elevator Safety Inspection and Service Contract, covering the period from 2026 to 2028. Bids must be submitted electronically through the District's E-Procurement portal (IonWave) by 2:30 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Email, fax, or hard copy submissions will not be accepted. The District is not responsible for submission errors or delays within the electronic system. Bid results will be shared with submitting companies after an award is made, and will not be provided over the phone or prior to award. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract in its best interest.
