Description
The Town of Groton is soliciting bids for repairs at 202 Meridian Street. The scope of work includes electrical, plumbing, sheet rock repairs, and painting. Bids will be opened on June 22, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 12, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the property. Bid packages are available on the Town of Groton's website (www.groton-ct.gov) and the State of Connecticut CTSource website (portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/Login). The Town and/or Property Owners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
