Description
The United States Marshals Service is soliciting quotes for the replacement of seven Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and corresponding battery systems for their Digital Detention Control System at the Des Moines US Courthouse. The existing UPS systems use proprietary batteries that are no longer manufactured, and the current batteries are reaching their service limitations. The required UPS and battery systems must be compatible with the existing four systems already replaced by ACI. The vendor will be responsible for professionally replacing the specified UPS and battery systems, ensuring they are up-to-date, compatible, and readily available. All work must be completed within two weeks of on-site commencement, during normal work hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), and coordinated around court schedules and active detention areas. Vendors must pass a basic background check, and all work areas must be secured. The vendor is financially responsible for any damage to government property incurred during the service. The required UPS models are Phoenix Contact QUINT-UPS-IQ-24VDC/10A, with Battery Kits UPS-BAT-KIT/PB/2X12V/4AH or BATT-MOD-UPS-BAT/PB/24DC/4AH.
