Description
The Cedar Rapids Community School District's Operations Department is requesting proposals for HVAC filters for the 2026-2028 period. All quotes must be submitted electronically through the District's Online E-Procurement portal (IonWave) by 2:30 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Email, fax, or hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring their responses are correctly submitted into the electronic system. Quotes will be evaluated promptly after opening, and a bid tabulation summary will be sent to all submitting companies after an award is made. Bid results will not be provided over the telephone or prior to award. Quotes may be withdrawn any time before the closing date. Federal and State taxes should not be included in the submitted costs. The Operations Department and/or Board of Directors reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and enter into contracts deemed in the best interest of the Cedar Rapids Community School District.
