Description
The Town of Plainfield is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of the roofing system at the Head Works Pump Station located at 15 Birch Street, Plainfield, CT 06374. The project involves replacing the existing roofing material with a 60-mil black EPDM roofing membrane. The base bid includes repairs to the metal roof edge fascia on the 2000s addition and the installation of a new area divider between the original building and the addition. An optional add alternate is available to replace the roof on the 2000s addition as well. The project requires bidders to be properly licensed and capable of obtaining insurance and bonds. Connecticut Prevailing Wage Rates do not apply to this project.
