Description
This solicitation is for the removal and disposal of one 500-gallon above-ground used oil storage tank located at Riverside National Cemetery. The contractor will be responsible for pumping out residual oil, cleaning and rendering the tank safe for transport, dismantling (if necessary), transporting the tank and its contents to a permitted recycling or disposal facility, and restoring the site to a clean and safe condition. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including RCRA, EPA, California DTSC, DOT, and OSHA standards. The period of performance is 60 calendar days from the date of award.
