Description
Sarasota County is requesting quotes for the provision and installation of four new volleyball court systems at Siesta Beach, located at 948 Beach Road, Sarasota, FL 34242. The scope includes providing court dimensions of approximately 52.5' in length and 26.25' in width. The net systems require specific dimensions, blue PMS288 border color with white Sarasota County and Siesta Beach logos, and adjustable height from 7'4" to 8'. The post specifications require 4" diameter aluminum posts, at least 8'4" above ground, powder coated in a color match to Cardinal Paint T009-WH11. Each post must include a removable box kite base securely anchored into the sand, and a blue PMS288 pro pole pad with Sarasota County and Siesta Beach logos. Court markings must be black, securely anchored with sand plates, and include a 2" wide boundary and centerline tape. All components must be stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The price must include the removal of existing wooden poles, hardware, and nets, with the materials to be stacked in the Siesta Beach Maintenance Yard. The contractor must supply all necessary equipment for removal and installation. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest total bid price, not to exceed $50,000.
