Description
Collier County intends to designate ETR Vehicles LLC as a single-source provider for factory-authorized parts, services, and accessories to maintain and repair their fleet of Horton ambulances. This includes specialized repair services beyond the county's internal capabilities, such as transportation, re-mounting/refurbishing, and collision repairs. Additionally, ETR Vehicles LLC will provide necessary software updates and control system programming for the ambulance bodies, emergency lighting, and other configurations. ETR Vehicles LLC is the exclusive dealer and local distributor for Horton Ambulance vehicles in Florida. This single-source designation is necessary to ensure warranty compliance and maintain the ambulances in a safe, mission-ready condition. The contract period is anticipated to be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031.
