Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a portable counter-top Pipette Calibration System (PCS) for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) Laboratory Department. The system must ensure precise and accurate data for compliance with regulatory agencies. The PCS will not be connected to the PIMC network or interfaced with the laboratory information system. The scope of work includes the latest software (ArtelWare 2.4), installation validation training, a compliance key for the software, and an advanced care service agreement. The system specifications include a volume range of 0.1 uL to 5000uL, specific uncertainty and random error parameters, and a compact size and weight. The system must be upgradeable to the latest software versions and include anti-virus software aligned with IHS IT policies. The contractor is responsible for replacing the PCS if it becomes damaged or non-operational due to manufacturer default. The contract will have a base period plus four (4) one-year option years. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance and a service agreement including all labor, travel, parts, and software upgrades. The contractor must also provide phone support, engineering updates, and reliability enhancements. Delivery and installation of the equipment must be completed within 90 calendar days of award to the PIMC Materials Management Department.
