Description

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is soliciting proposals for the operation and management of Food & Beverage (F&B) concession spaces within the Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The opportunity is divided into three packages: * **Package 1:** Two Quick-Serve Restaurant Concepts, a Cafe Bar, and Beverage Vending Machines (totaling 6,091 sq ft). * **Package 2:** A Coffee Focus plus Cafe, designated as a Small Business Opportunity only (1,198 sq ft). * **Package 3:** A Full-Service Restaurant with Bar (2,267 sq ft). Successful respondents will enter into a Concession Lease Agreement with the City. Respondents may submit proposals for one or more packages, but will only be awarded one package. The City encourages creative concepts that reflect local culinary heritage and incorporate technology to enhance the passenger experience. Respondents are expected to have experience in managing and operating airport F&B concessions.
