Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando requires the procurement of critical, brand-name, End-of-Life (EOL) spare components to support the Navy Aviation Distributed Mission Training (NADMT) program. This acquisition aims to mitigate obsolescence risks and ensure the System Integration Laboratory (SIL) maintains the required 90% operational availability for integrating the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) with Carrier Air Wing (CVW) platforms. The NADMT program relies on a complex system-of-systems architecture, necessitating a brand-name restriction for this procurement. The solicitation will be competed among authorized distributors and resellers. The required components include specific Dell 7960R servers, various sizes of TVs, TV carts, UPS systems (Tripp Lite and APC), and headsets. All items must be new and procured from authorized sources. Upon award, the contractor will be responsible for the procurement, inspection, and delivery of a consolidated spares package to San Diego, CA. Delivery is required no later than September 15, 2026, though early delivery is encouraged. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), with a focus on exact matches to the specified brand names, configurations, and quantities.
